The Community Center facilities, including the tennis and racquetball courts, restrooms, pool and spa require a key / FOB to to be unlocked. Requests for a key / FOB purchase and pick-up must be submitted to the office of PHOAC, Inc., via phone or email. Instructions for submitting a key/FOB purchase request can be obtained by contacting PHOAC, Inc., at 619-229-0044 or emailing us at [email protected]. Your client number is 304. After a request is made, you will be contacted by an onsite representative to arrange purchase and pick-up. Keys / FOBs are subject to a fee of $75; check or money order made payable to Stonehaven Association are the forms of payment accepted.
Parking
Owners can only park in their garage, driveway, and the spot right in front of the unit (this one requires a Permit). If you choose to park on the street from midnight to 6:00 am, you will need a required Permit. Requests for a Parking Permit purchase and pick-up must be submitted to the office of PHOAC, Inc., via phone, email, or walk-in. Instructions for purchasing and picking up a Parking Permit can be obtained by contacting PHOAC, Inc., at 619-229-0044 or emailing us at [email protected]. Your client number is 304. Parking Permits are subject to a fee of $75, only one (1) Permit per unit is issued, and check or money order made payable to Stonehaven Association are the forms of payment accepted.
